If you wish to return a product or a part of the products of your order, you must notify us in writing through the contact form or by calling the customer service department on the phone 2107666420. You must make this decision within 14 calendar days from on the day of receipt of the order. If the reason you wish to return the product is due to a defect, you must inform us immediately within 48 hours and also send us to the email ([email protected]) a photo of the defect (be aware that this is not done for reasons of mistrust towards the your side. Photos help us to communicate with our suppliers and to resolve any quality issues that arise faster. In these cases a photo of the item is the best solution). In the event that the reason for the return is a defect or damage during transport, the return costs will be borne by Epipla Kokkinos since the shipment was undertaken by our company's cooperating transport company. However, if the shipment of the order was undertaken by the customer with a transport company of his choice, the company Epipla Kokkinos bears no responsibility for any damage or defect suffered by the product or products during transport. In case you wish to return the product or products you ordered for someone else due to e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, color, etc. then the shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the Red Furniture company and are borne by the customer. Refunds do not include original shipping charges.



The refund for any reason will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the moment the COMPANY approved the request and received the possible return of the merchandise.



Also, products listed as made-to-order are non-refundable.

Mattresses, poufs, furniture with special dimensions, etc.



Necessary conditions for returning products:

1. The product has not been used

2. The product comes with its original packaging and all its contents

3. For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.

4. Any tags or brand markings etc. have not been removed. that the products may have on them.
