Order Cancellation: It is possible to cancel the order, as long as it has not left the store. In the event that the order is canceled after the start of the shipment, you bear the corresponding costs. Cancellation can be done either by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone at 2107664601.

If the amount of the order has already been paid, then the refund will be made within 1 (one) day from the date the products are received.

In case the payment is made via credit card, the refund may be delayed up to 7 working days due to the corresponding time delay in the partner bank's system.

It is even possible to partially cancel the order by removing products, as long as the shipment has not been made.

Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994

In addition to the above, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation and to return the products he purchased and to request a refund of his money only in the event that the products are new, their packaging has not been unsealed or tampered with and accompanied by the legal documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party other than the carrier indicated by the customer.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform our company of his decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the concluded contract, our company will refund all the money received from him, except for delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Our company will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, no costs will be charged for the refund as above.

Our company is entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until the customer provides evidence that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The customer must send back the goods or deliver them to the physical store of our company, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he declared that he withdraws from the concluded contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the goods are sent back before the end of the 14 day period.
In the case of withdrawal, the customer will bear the corresponding cost of returning the goods, except for the cases of return to a physical store as well as the cases in which the wrong products or products with real defects were sent due to our company's fault, in which case our company assumes all transport costs of the old and new product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal - return

The rights of return and withdrawal provided for above under 13.1 and 13.2 do not apply in the following cases:

- supply of domestic and foreign goods following a special order of the consumer
- supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods
- supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return and which have been unsealed after delivery
- supply of goods which due to their nature, they are inseparably mixed or connected with other elements
- supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and his confirmation that he thereby loses the right of withdrawal
- supply living organisms

Seller's liability for actual defects or lack of agreed properties

In any case where our company is responsible for real defects or lack of contracted properties in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code (no. 534 et seq.). These rights expire after two years from the conclusion of the contract.
